Introduction
Entries musty be submitted by 5pm on Monday 3rd March 2025.
The 2025 UK Career Development Awards celebrate the best of the profession. There have been changes to the award categories and entry and judging processes this year so please do take the time to read the accompanying Overview of the UK Career Development Awards and Notes for Entrants.

Guidance:
- Please read the Notes for Entrants before completing the form to understand the categories, judging criteria and notes on completing the form.
- All entrants being nominated must be members of the Career Development Institute (including affiliate membership) at the time of entry.
- You can only submit one entry at a time.
- Navigate the submission form using the Previous/Next buttons provided at the bottom of the page. Using your browsers Back button could result in loss of data.
- For open-ended questions, we recommend writing your answers in a saved word document and paste them into the text field. It is not possible to preview pasted text to edit within the text field.
- You can enter each category only once for the 2025 awards.
- If you wish to submit entries for more than one category, the entries need to be for substantially different activities. If you enter multiple categories for activities the judges consider to be similar, the organisers reserve the right to choose which category it best relates to and only consider the entry for that category.
- We welcome self-nominations for awards to individuals, though these require the support of another person on the entry form.
- The judges will only consider the evidence included on the entry forms when judging entries.
- Names of nominators and nominees and their organisations will be removed from the entry before forwarding to the judging panel to ensure a fair process.
