Wood County Residents’ Views on the COVID-19 Vaccine

Purpose: The purpose of this survey is to better understand Wood County residents' views on vaccines to inform the Wood County Health Department’s efforts to prepare for the arrival of COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, this survey will help us anticipate the resources necessary to prepare for COVID-19 vaccination clinics and develop community education and outreach materials.
