The people we serve at Just Communities of Arkansas (JCA)--which is every person who lives and visits the Natural State--have a right to be informed and engaged in this process of choosing our organization's next leader who will affect JCA services and programs. This survey is an opportunity for you to honestly tell the 2021 JCA CEO Search Committee what you would like to see in our next executive leader.
