Registration Fees
Early Bird - August 1 - September 30, 2016 (The early bird rates are no longer available. However the rate has been extended to October 10 for members of The Washington Association only as they are a co-sponsor.)

November 19, 2016 Forum at The College of Saint Elizabeth - $40
November 18 - 19, 2016 Tour, reception, talk, and conference - $55

If you are a student offering to volunteer there is no charge to attend; if you would like to attend without volunteering you may, but we will have to charge $16.00 for lunch. Students may also choose get lunch on their own to avoid any charges.
Please note that filling out this form does NOT complete your registration; please mail a check (payable to the "Treasurer of the State of New Jersey") to the address below NO LATER THAN November 7, 2016. Walk-ins are permitted for the 19th only, but we cannot offer lunch.
When sending your check, if you are paying for more than one registrant, please note the name of each person for whom you are paying on the check, or include a note with your check.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by close of business on November 11th. Registrants who do not inform the Commission of cancellation will be responsible for payment even if they do not attend. Please contact Jan Field at janet.field@sos.nj.gov to cancel your registration.
