TrendBurden: Pulse Survey on Excessive Documentation Burden for Health Professionals!©

This survey, developed by the AMIA 25x5 Task Force, is a pivotal initiative aimed at all Health Professionals engaged in direct patient care, including MDs, RNs, PAs, NPs, PTs, OTs, and PharmDs and other licensed and non-licensed staff. Our primary goal is to capture perceptions of excessive documentation burden across various healthcare disciplines frequently (e.g., every six months) to trend changes over time.
