Class of 2024 Boston's Future Leaders Nomination Form

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce invites you to nominate an individual you identify as a promising leader for our Boston's Future Leaders 2024 cohort.

Boston’s long-term success depends on the preparedness of the next generation of leaders. 

Our Boston’s Future Leaders (BFL) Program provides emerging and promising leaders with a socially conscious and civically engaged leadership toolkit blending academic content, practical application, and networking. Participants graduate with the skills, experiences, and connections needed to lead Boston and the region into an equitable, innovative future.

 
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES ARE:
  • - Employed at a Chamber member company
  • - High performers - the future leaders of your organization
  • - Committed to contributing to the long-term success of the region
  • - Dedicated to full participation in the program, including submitting tuition payment of $5,500
  • - Diverse in perspective, experience, or background
  • - Between the ages of 25-50
Selection Process
  1. Nominations will be accepted December 7 - February 7 for candidates who meet the criteria above.
  2. Nominees will receive an online application, due February 7.
  3. A selection committee will review the application to ensure a well rounded cohort and let candidates know of decisions by mid February.
