Develop a list of potential adaptation strategies and prioritize near term actions for specific areas in Malibu

Perform an in-depth evaluation of potential adaptation alternatives (e.g. hypothetical City-wide adaptation case study through 2100) in order to understand potential costs, benefits, and other tradeoffs

Develop a holistic Adaptation Plan for the City that highlights potential options, examines tradeoffs with a case study, incorporates a hazard monitoring approach, documents specific thresholds and triggers for adaptation specific to the various areas in Malibu, and identifies next steps for the City and community
