Riverland Wellness & Fitness Center Expansion

As we plan for the next phases of the Riverland Wellness & Fitness Center, we would like your input. Please assist the fitness and lifestyle team by answering the questions below and provide us your feedback.
1.If you were interested in group fitness classes, would you participate in Spin classes as part of your group fitness package?(Required.)
2.If you answered yes to question 1 above, please select the answer below that best represents your experience with Spin classes.
3.Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine.  Reformer Pilates works more areas than matwork as matwork is mostly core whereas reformer works the entire body and more the peripheral muscles of the arms and legs.

If Reformer Pilates were offered, would you be interested in participating using reformers for 1 on 1 Pilates and small group Pilates, for an additional cost.
4.Bungee fitness is a low-impact, motion based, resistance-training program that allows the user the needed buoyancy to perform exercises they might not be able to perform without assistance.  If Bungee Fitness was offered, would you be interested in participating in classes.
5.If Tai Chi was offered, would you be interested in taking classes?
6.If chair fitness / yoga classes were added to the group fitness selection, would you be interested in taking the class?
