We want to put an end to the 8am appointment lottery and to make it easier for you to get the help you need. That is why we introduced the new computerised appointment system (Anima), which patients now use to request an appointment (either directly online or by voice via reception). We believe this will help prioritisation to those most in need of an urgent appointment.
