* 1. Your personal information will be stored and protected in line with GDPR at all times. You are not obligated to provide any personal information as part of the survey. Your personal information will never be published. It will only be accessible to staff of LUC, MKO, and Limerick City and County Council who work on the Blue Green Ring Project and need to access it to complete their work.

* 2. We are seeking permission to publish your responses to survey questions relating to the Blue Green Ring in future reports, documents, consultations, and other materials.

Checking yes does not guarantee the publication of any or all of your answers. If you select no, your specific answers will be kept confidential to the Project Team. If you take the survey, your answers may be published as part of aggregated data, regardless of your answer here.
