Question Title

Preamble: As a part of the application process for a Public Vehicle Operating License, applicants require the support of individuals, groups, and/or organizations who require or may require the proposed service. All information disclosed will be used for the sole purpose of market research and Provincial Licensing requirements. These questions have been provided by the Ontario Highway Transport Board, and this information will be held with strict confidentiality, and will not be shared, sold, or divulged except for the purposes previously stated.

Proposal: Due to the lack of travel options now that Greyhound no longer provides transportation across Canada, Kasper transportation would like to offer the much-needed ability (connection) to travel from London to Sarnia, and vice versa. Kasper Transportation already provides a connection from In Northern Ontario from Winnipeg to White River via Thunder Bay and many other communities like Fort Frances, Sioux Lookout, Red Lake, Longlac. Kasper wants to expand to connect all these routes into a unified network. Kasper is starting service between Owen Sound to Guelph and it is imperative we rebuild an easy to use system that does not require government funding, which will meet market demand and be market-driven. Of course, Kasper prices will continue to be competitive with the other travel options that are available in the market.

Kasper Transportation wishes to operate 2 to 4 runs per day between Sarnia to London Ontario 7 days a week. The proposed pricing is listed below at the time of the application.

Kasper Transportation is owned by a local entrepreneur. Kasper Wabinski and his team, are dedicated and committed to the mission of rebuilding the transportation network in Ontario and Canada. We are not government funded. We are self-financed and our key is to operate sustainable routes without subsidies from the province.
