The SEAI Better Energy Community grant scheme only offers part funding for energy upgrades. It would be up to each individual property owner to ensure they have suffcient funds to cover any remaining balance. Grants are only allocated upon successful completion of works and must be verified by an up to date BER/Energy Assesment.
