In 2015, the Rural Healthcare Program conducted a survey of Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), the results of which led to Helmsley’s CT Scanner replacement initiative. This initiative enabled over one third of CAHs in the seven-state region to replace their old, low-slice scanners. We have expanded this survey to collect information about a wider group of healthcare facilities including:
• Critical Access Hospitals
• Prospective Payment Hospitals
• Rural Health Clinics
• Federally Qualified Health Centers
• Free Standing Clinics
• Free Standing Emergency Departments
