Association Bulletin #19-02

Association Bulletin #19-02 was developed to address mounting concerns around the overuse of group O red blood cell (RBC) components – an issue which is of critical importance during the summer months. AABB believes that these recommendations – and appropriate stewardship of this life-saving resource – are essential to help stabilize the blood supply year-round.
