These awards recognize how our customers use Five9 software and best practices to create smarter and more seamless experiences for their customers and employees, powered by AI. The awards honor both companies and individuals who have transformed their organizations by strategically aligning their CX with their business goals and embracing technology to improve the experience.

Winning entries should have several of these metrics which should include: Revenue Growth, Employee Sat, CSAT, Savings (can be represented as $, percentages, ranges or displayed as “5 figure savings”), NPS and/or Agent Productivity.

All Five9 customers and Five9 partner customers are welcome to enter. The New Era of CX Awards winners include global customers, categorized by size into small to mid-sized (SMB) and enterprise, who have achieved measurable value and impact with Five9.
