Introduction

This survey was jointly developed by Postdocs in the UW Diverse Postdoc Working Group and the Postdoc Union’s Anti-Discrimination Working Group. It is intended to gather information about the Postdoc work environment at UW, so that we can bargain a contract that promotes and helps secure equity, inclusion, transparency and accountability.

These are sensitive topics concerning possible harassment and discrimination. This survey is anonymous (i.e. no identifying information will be associated with the responses unless entered by the respondent), and all questions are optional. Any identifying information entered by the respondent will be removed before sharing the survey results publicly. This survey should take about 20 minutes to complete.
