American Rescue Plan Act - Spending Priorities Survey

Introduction

The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) guarantees direct relief to cities, towns, and villages in the United States.

As of now, the federal funding requirements dictate that programs and projects must:

Respond to the public health emergency or its negative economic impacts on residents and businesses
Compensate for revenue reductions due to COVID-19
Support infrastructure projects related to water, sewer, or broadband
Be spent by December 31, 2024
