The Wellness Hero Recognition Program |
Wellness is not easy.
Post pandemic, 82 percent of employees report high levels of burnout and 40 per cent report a decline in work-life balance, according to one study.
In fact, companies have had to continuously rejig their priorities with respect to employee needs - from personal to mental health, from women to parents, and from work environment to leadership.
The next generation of wellness programs must address work-life balance, psychological safety, burnout, collaboration, innovation, and responsiveness.
To find and recognise the companies that offer compelling new programs, People Matters and MediBuddy present the Wellness Programs of the Year 2022.
We are on the lookout for companies that believe they’ve adopted the most impactful programs.
Your submission will be judged on its innovation, scalability, and business and overall impact on the organisation's health and well-being.
