Submissions for the 2021 Second Annual SCCM-Midwest Chapter Critical Care Conference are now open. Make your contribution to the advancement of critical care by submitting your original investigative research and case reports for the Second Annual SCCM-Midwest Chapter Critical Care Conference. Individuals whose abstracts are accepted are also eligible for peer evaluation and awards.

The deadline to complete this request is noon Central Time on July 17th, 2021.

Fill out the following information to request inclusion in the Abstract Program: your request does not equate a formal submission nor it guarantees acceptance. The abstract submission system will open up shortly, and instructions for accessing the system and completing your submission will be emailed to those that requested inclusion via this list.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Submission is free but accepted abstract presenter will need to register for the conference. Complimentary registration will be offered only to the first author who is an SCCM-Midwest Chapter member and a sponsored fellow or healthcare professional (dietician, nurse, pharmacist, or respiratory
therapist).
2. Abstracts, case reports, and/or data previously presented or published nationally or internationally is allowed to be presented at a local chapter meeting.
3. Abstracts and case reports presented at an SCCM chapter meeting may also be presented at the main SCCM congress.

b) The first author will be the presenting author during the meeting.
c)  Indicate current membership to the Midwest chapter of the SCCM to all applicable authors using an asterisk (*) next to their LAST name, before the first name.
