The Vermont WIC Program requires new and current grocers to submit an application for authorization every 3 years. The current authorization period ends September 30, 2024. New authorizations will be effective October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2027.

New and current grocers must meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the Grocer Agreement (separate attachment). Only grocery stores that are authorized by the Vermont WIC Program may redeem Vermont WIC benefits.
