The City of Mesa Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (PRCF) is conducting a survey on the importance of recreation programs and services in Mesa. The survey will help us understand how people are using the programs and services and how we might be able to serve our community better.

The survey only takes ~10 minutes, is anonymous and may help inform future policy, design, and management of City recreation programs and services. Your input is crucial, especially at this time.
