MBNA Survey RE: Repurposing the MidBeach Lot at 46th Street

MBNA Survey RE: Repurposing the MidBeach Lot at 46th Street

The MidBeach Neighborhood Association (MBNA) represents condominiums and hotels from 24th to 63rd Street along Indian Creek Drive and Collins Avenue.

Recently, MBNA collaborated with the City in extending the Indian Beach Park located at 46th Street and Collins Avenue between Eden Roc and the Mimosa Condominium. The vacant lot between the park and the Beachwalk has previously been staged for local construction and City events.

We are seeking input and ideas from the community at large on ways to best activate this space. MBNA's goal is to advocate for a collective vision that promotes better design, utilization and management of the public space.

Therefore, please take a minute to participate in this survey, and assist the MBNA in representing your interests. If you have additional comments, please email mbna@midbeachna.com.
