Stewarding the Collective Collection Survey by OCLC Research

OCLC has a research project underway to study collective collections and specifically asks what kinds of workflows, data, and tools are needed to advance monographic shared print programs.

Confidentiality
You will not be identified by name in any reports or publications on this study, and care will be taken to not include any potentially identifying information. All research records will be kept confidential to the extent provided by federal, state, and local laws. Data from the study will be kept in a secure location. Survey Monkey will not capture electronically identifiable data, such as IP address or cookies, about you during the completion of the survey. Your participation in this study involves no more than minimal risks or discomforts.

Consent
The survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete, and the data will be captured by Survey Monkey. Your responses are used solely for analysis.

Your participation in this study is voluntary. After you consent, you still may refuse to answer specific questions, withdraw from the study at any time, or ask that information be removed from our dataset. You also may ask questions concerning the study before, during, or after the study.
