About This Survey

One key aspect of developing a high-performance culture is looking holistically at how we recognize and reward our employees throughout the organization. As we begin our journey as Workwear Outfitters, we are taking a fresh look at all aspects of this, including conducting a thorough assessment of our market competitiveness of our positions, incentive programs, benefit programs, and what we are calling our "Total Rewards" program.

Our review of Total Rewards will focus primarily on the following elements:
  • Cash compensation (e.g., base salary, bonus, discretionary awards)
  • Long-term incentives
  • Benefits
  • Other allowances (if applicable)

This survey is intended to gather your views about the future direction of Workwear Outfitters' Total Rewards program for employees. When responding, please take a global, organization-wide view and provide responses based on how you believe the programs should be designed vs commenting on their current state, unless otherwise directed in the question.
