Working With Whistleblowers: A survey of journalists

This survey is designed to aid the development of international guidelines for investigative journalists to be published online and in booklet form with the title: "Working with whistleblowers in the Digital Age: A handbook for journalists." The research is being produced for the NGO Blueprint for Free Speech and it is funded by Open Society Foundations (OSF). Journalist-researcher Julie Posetti (julieposetti@gmail.com) is leading this project with Blueprint's executive Director Dr Suelette Dreyfus (Suelette@blueprintforfreespeech.net). It is hoped that this research might also contribute to new understanding about emerging best practices in digital era source protection among investigative journalists.
