Workability Speakers Bank helps provide young people with disabilities in schools access to people with lived experience of disability / diverse abilities who have gained employment or started their own business after completing high school.

Because to be it! You need to see it!

To improve employment outcomes for students with disabilities in years 7 to 10 by developing the knowledge and skills they will need to succeed in employment earlier and make informed decisions.

A training day will be set up to help people develop their speaking skills and tell their Story.

Once speakers have taken part in the training, the Project Coordinator will set up speaking times in schools for students and Staff as PD in the Brimbank / Melton area.
