INTRODUCTION:
The Winter Artisan Market highlights the wonderful, beautiful and imaginative works produced in the San Juan Islands. We anticipate majority of the works will originate on Orcas, but will gladly consider products from across the islands. The historic hall will once again be transformed into a bright, well-lighted festive space with arts, crafts, foods and beverages for sale to celebrate Island Makers and the Winter Holidays. This year, the popular Night Market will be Friday evening with no entry fee and features sales, dinner, and drink options.
Tables with tablecloths, electricity, and a chair will be provided. Each participant will have one table for a designated period. Let us know if you would like to bring a display other than a provided table. Please understand space is limited due to the historic nature of the building.
Event Set up Dates and Times: Set-up noon-3pm Fri December 6th for all 3-day vendors. One day vendors set up 9am Sat or Sun.
Public hours: Friday Night Market 4-8pm, Day Markets Saturday 10-4, Sunday 10-3.
Application Dates: Applications due by Oct 18th at 5pm.
On-site vendors selections and days for exhibiting will be announced by Oct 20th.
On-site vendor agreement and fees due by Oct 26th.

(You do not need to be an on-site vendor to sell through the Marketplace.)
It is going to be a breathtaking room full of the best works and products from Orcas and the San Juans.
Vendor Fees: As a Coop show, the table pricing for each sales day helps cover the facility rental, promotion and permiting costs. We are fundraising to cover marketing and staffing costs inorder to keep the vendor costs as low as possible. Your sales success is our goal!

Table length depends on location in hall, determined after you have applied.
Off island vendors are encouraged to select one day, vs all three, to avoid accomodations costs.

Rectangular table 30"x72-96": $175 for Fri, Sat and Sun
Rectangular table 30"x72" with wall space and grids: $200 for Fri, Sat and Sun
Rectangular table 30"x72" with a short L extension: $190 for Fri, Sat and Sun
Alcohol sales table by arrangement: above pricing and 10% of sales contribution
Pop-up specialty foods tables by arrangement: $100 Saturday or $75 Sunday, and 10% of sales contribution
