In 2024, more than 400 community members responded to the first survey by Warner’s Housing Advisory Committee, and 40-plus attended one of two Community Housing Forums in-person and online*.
New housing laws in our state has prompted the second Housing Committee (AKA the HOP Grant 2 Committee) to consider the changes that prohibit towns from placing restrictions on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and which require towns to allow multi-family residential development on commercially zoned land, provided that adequate infrastructure is available.
To help Warner craft local zoning changes that adhere to these new laws and are best suited to a future that residents would like to see, the committee seeks your feedback on this short survey.
Thank you,
The Warner Housing Committee
