I hereby confirm that I agree with the publication of the photos of me, following my prior inspection and consent. The photos can thereafter be used for the above mentioned purposes without further consulting me.

I am not legally entitled to any pecuniary or material recompense in the case that my picture is used for the previous mentioned purpose.
