Working Well Fall Meeting Call for Proposals

"A New Era of Employee Wellbeing: Exploring how culture, operations, and purpose can build a resilient, thriving, and fulfilled workforce."

Overview and Presentation Guidelines
These presentations are designed to provide evidence-based resources and best practices to attendees that spark action in their own worksite wellbeing programs. Working Well is looking for content experts and employers who have demonstrated success in integrating comprehensive elements (i.e. policy, systems, operations, built environment, benefits, communication, etc.) through a collaborative approach to any of the following topics. Please submit proposals that address one or more of the following topics that relate to the meeting theme. Please note, other topics will be considered.

Fostering Employee Resiliency – In an ever-changing, multi-generational workforce, it is becoming increasingly important for employers to offer organizational and individual strategies that foster the ability for employees to adapt to change and recover from adversity. 

Workforce Development - Creating a competitive workforce advantage by supporting optimal employee health and performance, leading to improved quality, service, and business outcomes. 

Recruitment and Retention – Attracting and retaining top talent through effective and innovative employee wellbeing initiatives.

Professional Fulfillment – How your culture, operations, and wellbeing efforts help employees align their values, purpose, interests, personality, strengths, and skills to achieve professional fulfillment.

The Future Workforce – How your employee wellbeing program works within and across your organization to prepare for changes in and to meet the emerging needs of the future workforce.

Integration of Safety & Wellbeing – Opportunities to integrate safety and wellbeing for total worker health (i.e. risk reduction and efficiency strategies for improved quality, productivity, and cost savings). 

Integrating any of the above topics – Strategies for collaborating and integrating across an organization or industry for a comprehensive approach to building a thriving workforce.

Presentations will be 45-60 minutes including time for questions.
