CHSP Provider Survey

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) has been further extended from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027. This means CHSP providers will transition to the new Support at Home program no earlier than July 2027.

Following our 2022 survey ACCPA is seeking your input as we plan how to best support CHSP providers to prepare for upcoming changes over the next 2-3 years.

We know there are challenges in this transition period and your feedback will help us develop targeted supports such as online training and face-to-face workshops, webinars, one-to-one advice, and resources.

This survey will only take 5-7 minutes to complete.
