We recognise that families come in all shapes and sizes and so we have been exploring how we can better support rainbow families in our community.
We have already undertaken an extensive analysis of the available research into supporting working parents to navigate career and family. This research has informed our survey, which gives rainbow families across Australia the opportunity to educate our organisation, and the workplaces with whom we partner on how to better support them.
While we acknowledge that most of our existing content and tools are valuable to rainbow families, we believe we can serve these families better by creating more inclusive programs and coaching sessions.
We invite you, as a member of a rainbow family, to take part in our survey. Through your responses, which will allow us to build on our existing research, you are partnering with us on our journey to create a more inclusive platform that supports and empowers all parents.
