The Western U.P. Planning and Development Region (WUPPDR) is looking to collect information from residents in the Western Upper Peninsula about their household hazardous waste needs. This information will be used to identify current disposal habits and determine capacity for collection programs in the Western U.P. The following survey will ask you about your household hazardous waste production/habits along with your feelings about establishing a household hazardous waste collection service in your area.
