P-3 Leaders Fellowship: Application Form

Welcome to the P-3 Leaders Fellowship application for the 2025 cohorts.

The P-3 Leaders Fellowship is now open to applicants from the following areas:

City of Atlanta (Jan. '25 - Mar. '25)
Clayton County (Jan. '25 - Mar. '25)
Fayette County (Sep. '24 - Mar. '25)
Gwinnett County (Jan. '25 - Mar. '25)

Applications are considered based on:

Role: Is the applicant leading an educational site like an early learning center, home child care, or elementary school? Is the applicant able to impact things like scheduling, PD choices for staff, events, etc?

Area: Is the applicant's site in one of the above participating communities? Are there enough applicants from both ECE and elementary schools to make meaningful cohorts?

Commitment: Does the applicant demonstrate that they want to build knowledge and relationships across P-3 sites and will make themselves available for all 4 sessions? (75% attendance required for completion)

This form does not save your responses until submittal, so consider copying questions into another document to craft responses before entering information here for submission.
