As the tourism industry begins to recover we will soon have the opportunity to travel safely again, and that is very exciting!

Now before we move on to our survey and your chance to win your choice of either a $1,000 Amazon Gift Certificate OR $1,000 toward your next trip with any of our WTA Member suppliers, we'd like to thank you in advance for taking part in this Wellness Travel survey conducted by the Wellness Tourism Association. We really appreciate your taking the time to help us learn more about what travelers want and need when it comes to wellness and how we can better serve you.

The purpose of this survey is to become more knowledgeable about what

travelers want with regard to wellness, in order to better serve those travelers. You can expect to complete this survey in approximately 5- 10 minutes. Your individual responses to this survey will remain anonymous and will not be shared. Your email address will only be used to contact you if you are a winner of our $1,000 prize. You must be at least 18 years old to complete this survey and be eligible to win. Deadline to participate in this survey is midnight ET, July 6th 2021 and the winner, selected at random from ALL those who participated, will be contacted by July 7th via email and will have 48 hours to respond before another name is selected, again at random. Only ONE entry per person will be accepted for the draw.

The results of the survey will be published by the Wellness Tourism Association and presented at industry conferences but no personal information will be included in any presentations. The survey is being conducted in collaboration with GWI’s Wellness Tourism Initiative and with the assistance of WTA Member and Research Associate, Danny Kessler, a Professor at Dongseo University in Busan, South Korea.
