Thank you for attending the 44th World Small Animal Veterinary Association Congress & 71st Canadian Veterinary Medical Association Convention (WSAVA/CVMA 2019) held in Toronto, Canada on 16-19 July 2019.

Before 16 August 2019:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
