State of Software-to-Human Communications

Thank you for participating in this survey! Courier is looking to learn more about the way users experience (and want to experience) product communications in the form of notifications. Whether it's a mobile notification from your food delivery app or a push notification from Slack, our lives are saturated with little boxes with reminders and summaries. Our goal is to discover the best possible way to use them to continue to move toward delightful software-to-human development.
