Rostered Duty Free Days are often compromised

My family life is suffering from me being away so much.

Airline management are trivialising the problems

Weekends off are few and far between

A general “Us and Them” anti-pilot attitude from management

Training standards are declining

Unable to maintain a fit healthy lifestyle

Punitive culture in the airline

Unreasonably high CAA FDP limits resulting in an overloaded roster

Aircraft maintenance is not what it should be

Experience levels of new pilots is very concerning and adding to my workload

Yes - We still love living in SA, but I want to earn foreign currency, so I’m happy to commute
