Workplace 101

Hi everyone,

This is an incredible time in your development as you complete your education and look ahead to your career. I've spent the last 15 years of my career working as an executive and hiring new grads. One thing's for sure, I can certainly appreciate what an undergraduate degree prepares you for and what it does not prepare you for as you enter the workforce. I remember what it was like starting my career and thinking to myself, "wow, we didn't learn this!".

Over the past several months, I've been developing a leadership development platform for next gen leaders like yourselves and I would really value your feedback. Specifically, this survey is to better understand exactly what information and training you would find valuable as you prepare to launch your career and enter the workplace.
