Skills for Care and ADASS have developed a tool to support workforce commissioning in adult social work, based upon a seven stage model depicted in this graphic
This tool will be refreshed within a renewed Skills for Care website later in 2013 and this brief consultation is being carried out to ascertain the views of some potential users that will:

a) Enhance the impact of the tool

b) Create a sustainable model that helps to retain a high level of relevance
