Question Title

* 11. If all of the safety measures listed in the three questions above were in place, how would you feel about students returning to school for in-person classes?

Question Title

* 12. The next question is about some of the possibilities for opening school buildings in the fall. Pick the grade band you are most concerned about:

Question Title

* 13. Please rank (by dragging to move) these possibilities, starting with the one you prefer the most at the top to the one you prefer the least at the bottom. Assume that cleaning and other preventative measures are in place in school buildings when making your selection.

  1. Students come to the school building each day, but in shifts (for example, half the students attend physically in the morning and virtually in the afternoon and the other half attend physically in the afternoon and virtually in the morning)
  2. Students come to the school building on alternate days in shifts (for example, half the students attend physically on day A and virtually on day B and the other half attend physically on day B and virtually on day A)
  3. Students come to the school building on alternate weeks in shifts (for example, half the students attend physically on week A and virtually on week B and the other half attend physically on week B and virtually on week A)
  4. A phased-in approach where certain students come back to the school building first for in-person classes while other students continue with virtual learning (for example, some students return to the school building first, some students continue virtual learning until social distancing guidelines are relaxed, and some students continue virtual learning indefinitely)
  5. All students come to the school building at the same time as usual and there are measures in place to limit students interacting with each other in the school building (for example, students stay in the same classroom all day including lunch, are assigned to certain hallways and stairways etc.)

Question Title

* 14. Do you think your child needs to repeat a grade so they can catch up on their school work?
