Feedback survey

Wesley Mission, in collaboration with Woden Valley Uniting Church and MyHome in Canberra, is developing Block 1 Section 15 Curtin into 83 affordable rental and 15 supported housing apartments.

The 83 affordable rental apartments will be leased at 74.9% of market rent and are targeted to key workers on low to median incomes in service sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, policing and aged care.

The 15 MyHome supported housing apartments will be for people with enduring mental illness. The aim is to create a place where people can live independently with dignity, and still get the support they need through live-in carers and programs and services.

The project is now in the planning and approval phase and is expected to be completed by late 2027.

From 7 November 2024 and 12 February 2025, community members are invited to share feedback.

Before you start the survey, please consider having a look at the draft designs at www.wesleycurtin.au.

To find out more about the project and other engagement activities, please also go to www.wesleycurtin.au.

This survey will take you about 7 minutes and is open until 12 February 2025.
