Clockwise Credit Union has asked an independent evaluation researcher to find out how much difference Clockwise Credit Union is making to its members lives. This research is based on your views as a member and you are being asked to take part in it.

This survey is an important part of the research process. We would be grateful if you could fill it in. There are no right or wrong answers, everything that you share is useful. You do not have to give your name and the answers are completely confidential.
