Heart Survey |
This survey has been developed by The Kennel Club (KC) and Veterinary Cardiovascular Society (VCS) to gain data and insight into the prevalence and type of heart disease affecting different pedigree dog breeds. This will further give the organisations a better understanding of the appetite for heart testing across breeds, as well as any breed-specific nuances that may influence heart disease development.
This survey is for dogs that may currently be living or who have, sadly, passed away. Please complete one survey per dog that you own/have previously owned, even if your dog has never been affected by heart disease.
We recommend completing this survey on a desktop computer or laptop. All personal information given will be kept confidential and be presented anonymously.
