Office of Fair Trading Survey for Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneer Licensees

The Office of Fair Trading (OFT), part of the Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG), is conducting a research project. You are invited to participate in this survey because you are a licensee under the Motor Dealer and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014.  Information collected in this survey will be used to identify roadblocks or difficulties motor dealer and chattel auctioneer licensees encounter in meeting their compliance obligations.

This survey closes 19 March 2021.

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes and your participation in this survey is voluntary.  You may choose not to participate. 

OFT will not collect any identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address unless you voluntarily provide these details at the end of the survey to enable follow up discussion.  If you do provide these details your information will be treated confidentially.
