Housing Demand Analysis Survey

The Housing Action: Greater Swan Hill initiative was launched following a Housing Summit on November 20, 2023, attended by around 120 community members.

The goal is to collaboratively increase the housing supply, aiming for 500 new homes by 2030. The initiative's vision is to provide sufficient, diverse, high-quality, sustainable, and affordable housing for all across the region.

A quick key question survey has been created to gather responses that will inform the Housing Action Group's planning and capture the demand of housing required.

Information from this survey will be made available to the Housing Action: Greater Swan Hill committee and Swan Hill Rural City Council where a summary of the Swan Hill municipality’s housing demand will be developed.
