WikiCauses - The Awesome, The Good, The Bad, The Ugly |
1. Wikicauses Collaboration - The Awesome, The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
We simply want to know 4 things about the world of causes, not for profits, corporate social responsibility efforts and charities when it comes to building donor/fan engagement culture, strategies, tools and tactics.
With WikiCauses (like our predecessor book Wikibrands), we tend to focus on content and insights (although not exclusively) in 10 areas:
Customer/fan/donor participation
Social influence
Digital engagement
Word of mouth
Online community
Grassroots marketing
Connected media
Member collaboration
Awesome content
Great user experience
So the 4 CATEGORIES...
The Awesome 1% - the "can't stop taking about" great examples and approaches you've seen that separate causes and charities from the rest of the pack
The Good 15% - the very solid best practices that most of the top causes practice and others should imitate
The Bad 15% - the cardinal sins that many causes practice to their detriment
The Ugly 1% - the worst examples and approaches that you would do well to steer well away from
We'd love to credit you for your collaboration and involve you potentially in other future initiatives (e.g. events, projects), so please consider the questions in the back half of the survey.
