Background Information
World Heart Vision 2030 aims to develop a report which will focus on current and anticipated transformational changes and trends in the global healthcare environment that will impact how health care is delivered while addressing the strategic challenges that the cardiovascular health
community will face over the next decade.

We invite the heart health community to offer their feedback on this upcoming report. This survey includes a series of questions focusing on priority areas that have been identified to shape the future of cardiovascular health in the coming decade.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
It is intended to provide you with the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas for inclusion in the World Heart Vision 2030 report.
