What questions about addiction would you like to see answered by research?

Your questions could be about what might cause addiction, support services, treatment, rehabilitation, mental or physical health, or anything else that is important to you. We want to hear your questions, no matter how big or small.

Please answer based on your own personal or professional experience of addiction. It is enough to write a short sentence about something that is important to you.

If you are helping someone with experience of addiction to complete this survey, the responses should be their own ideas. You can complete the survey again yourself as a family member or carer.

We ask that you don’t share very personal identifying information in your responses such as information that identifies who you are, where you live or a healthcare professional that you see.
