Whetū-Stars is a platform to recognise the excellent work of others within the maternity team and with other staff/services the maternity interfaces with.

In capturing examples of excellence by staff and teams, our goal is to maintain a high team morale through sharing and appreciating excellent practice. Also, through collecting data about these examples, we aim to learn and help improve processes in our workplace.
